Refund Policy:

Refunds are only issued in specific cases (e.g., documented injury, double charge).
No refunds for missed sessions without 24-hour notice.
Programs and digital plans are non-refundable once delivered.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule in-person or virtual sessions with at least 24 hours' notice.
Late cancellations may result in forfeited sessions.
